The puppy saga continues

As I'm sitting at home scrounging the last of the food out of my refrigerator in preparation for leaving tomorrow, I get a call from my supervisor. Apparently the training center is having enough trouble with the snow that they don't want to deal with me this week, and they want me to change my ticket again to arrive next week.

This means I have to:
1. Go back to work for the rest of this week.
2. Add an extra week to my stay in Georgia, thus changing my return ticket as well.
3. Let the hotel know about my reservation change, and that my mail has been forwarded to them, so they should hold on to it until I get there.
4. Unpack everything to access my uniforms and other clothing items for going to work, then pack it all back up this weekend.
5. Buy more food.

I'm beginning to think I have some kind of puppy patrol curse.

In other news, it looks like my real estate agent is finally getting a response from the bank. She says she'll contact me later today with the details.

Edit: The bank has officially given their counteroffer. Now the haggling begins.

So much better to be stuck at home than to be stuck in some airport or in some hotel during a winter storm. It's more fun when things go smoothly, though.
