I finished up "Cinderella" today. I was then assaulted by the urge to continue on with "Little Red Riding Hood," "Jack and the Beanstalk," and "Rapunzel" just so I would have an excuse to show Into the Woods.

I stayed about half an hour late to help with the Australia homestay prep program, which absolved me of the guilt of being late back from the post office yesterday. It was perfect timing, too, because on the walk home I caught this

(It's really handy to have a cell phone with a camera.)

This brings me to my last topic of the day. I thought about posting this when wednesday_10_00 commented on it during her visit, but I never got around to it.

My apartment has a moat.

Not that I'm aware...though there are occasionally tiny fish. And I once saw what I think was a heron. But alligators would certainly make it more moat-like.

<g> I just wish there were a Japanese-subtitled version, but there apparently isn't. I also wish Japanese televisions came equipped with closed captioning decoders, so at least it could display English, but they don't (unless you buy the high-end models that cost thousands of dollars).
