I spent most of the morning finishing and posting Lesson 6. I've finally gotten into intermediate territory. For anyone who has wondered what I do when I obsessively make icons, I'm putting all my tips in the lessons.

After lunch, I went to the post office. Since I was out, I stopped at the craft store. I wound up not buying very much, though I discovered where they kept the supplies such as bases for brooches and barrettes. I had been wondering where a person could get those... It just goes to show what you miss when you skip a section because you're not into that particular craft.

Next I headed to the bookstore. Once again, I spent astonishingly little money. Sadly, this is because they didn't have some of the things I was looking for.

Now to start on Lesson 7...

I've had that experience...it's very interesting to browse other stuff sometimes (although it can end up being expensive LOL)

At the bookstore, I was hoping that they'd have Sorrow (the latest City of Glass novel) and the latest volume of Ghosthunt, both of which were listed as being released that day, neither of which was there.
