One of the team-teachers was cracking up over how the invitation sounded like a love confession. She said the same thing about "how can you turn that down?"
There was one pair that really hammed it up. The inviter was trying everything she could think of, but the refuser kept getting more and more outrageous...she was in a car accident and was confined to a hospital for half a year under the care of a strict doctor. (The inviter offered to push her wheelchair to the concert for her...)
