If I were in the class getting treats, though, I'd be looking forward to the class.
I don't think it has really registered with them that they're getting something. Especially since half of them still have to give their final speeches. (They're doing speeches instead of taking an exam.)
When does the term actually end, and when does the new term begin?
I'd have to check my schedule again to be sure, but from the best I can recall, the senior graduation ceremony is around March 1st. After that, the underclassmen take their final exams. Then there's listed a week of half-days...they're marked as "classes" but I don't know what on earth we'd teach, since the final exams will be done. I believe the official closing ceremony is on March 24th.
I don't know when the new term officially starts, but I think it's the second week of April.
