In this cooperative card game, players are stuffed animals defending a child's night light from the nightmare creatures striving to snuff it out and invade the child's dreams. The art is whimsical and suits the theme well. I'm strongly tempted, but after all the money I spent on games in August, I feel that I should restrain myself for a while.

I have to stop clicking on Kickstarter links. I was all "I can't get my friends to play Takenoko for it being too cute, so there's no way you'll play a stuffed animal co-op with m...BUNNY!" And the pledge level is so reasonable (if you don't have to worry about international shipping).

Haha, I actually bought Takenoko in the recent Amazon GenCon related sale, and played it with my games group last night. Everyone liked it!

I still think it's a bit light to be a true favorite for me, but it's growing on me.
