Endeavour flyover

Our bit of excitement for the morning...not to mention the entire summer, if not the year. The space shuttle Endeavour flew over the Bay Area before heading south to LA. I was able to take several pictures of it from the roof of my house. Here's another shot with its chase plane.

Sweet! How did you get on your roof? Do you have easy window eaves or balconies, or can I imagine you shimmying up a trellis? ;)

I balanced on my deck railing for a while, but then my dad hauled out a ladder and I used that. Easier to use with a camera in one hand.
