How to keep an applicant in suspense...

I'm sorry to report that I have not yet received a reply from any of the places where I applied, not even a no thank you. I've never been on the hiring end of things, but does it really take over a month to make a decision? There's one position that starts on June 1st, just two weeks away, and still not a peep. I guess all I can do is keep looking.

The art class I'm taking along with megory is going well. The teacher liked the first painting I did, from a photo of a building at Blumen Hugel. The next critique session will be this Thursday. I just finished my painting this afternoon, an imaginary scene of a unicorn gazing at a wishing well under a full moon.

Tomorrow night my brother is taking me to watch Eddie Izzard perform in Detroit. That should be entertaining.
