I wish we could make the vegetarian takoyaki again... the ones I make with my stovetop takoyaki maker don't seem to come out as well (and take way too long to cook).

Hey, what do you put in your yakisoba? I made some the other night, and it was really good, but I'm sure I was forgetting half the ingredients that should have gone in it. I remember you used the tofu crumble and cabbage (I think), but I can't remember what else.
