100g Potatoes (about three small potatoes) 10g Flour (about 2t.) 40g Starch (the recipe calls for potato starch, but cornstarch would probably work) 40g Grated Parmesan
Slice the potatoes and boil until soft (they should have started to disintegrate). Strain out the water and put the potatoes into a mixing bowl. Immediately (while still hot) add the other ingredients and mash together. When mixed and cool enough to touch, form dough into eight balls. Align on a cookie sheet and bake at 180°C (~360°F) for 15 minutes.
For variations, add things such as basil, sesame, curry powder, or extra cheese to the dough.
I haven't tried this recipe yet, though, so I can't vouch for how it turns out.
